Invisible Pain Day

Every year on January 7th, we come together to observe “Invisible Pain Day.” This day holds special significance as we remember those, we’ve lost due to the struggles with mental health. Our primary focus is to provide solace and support to the families left behind, offering them a compassionate space to share their stories and find comfort in the company of others who understand their pain.

Back to School Wellness

Every August, we proudly host “Back to School Wellness Day,” a heartfelt commitment to the well-being and success of our youth and families. This extraordinary day serves as a vital community resource hub, generously supported by the community, offering free school supplies, backpacks, as well as various coping programs like yoga, journaling, and art therapy. These resources equip our young learners with essential coping skills and mindfulness techniques and emphasize the importance of nurturing their mental and emotional well-being as they embark on their educational journey.

360 Arts All Around

360 Arts All Around, is a 6-week program for youth aged 7-17, that offers a creative platform where the fundamentals of various art forms are explored, all against the backdrop of mental health awareness. This program provides a secure space for young individuals to express themselves through art, fostering both artistic skills and mental well-being. Participants spend six weeks delving into specific art forms, climaxing in a talent showcase during the seventh week to exhibit their newfound talents. More than an arts program, 360 Arts All Around empowers youth to embrace creativity while promoting mental health resilience throughout their journey.
